IMPORTANT: You will not receive an invoice for your sponsorship. After committing to your sponsorship level, please submit your payment via cash, check, or Venmo. Instructions for each are below.

Hand deliver cash payments to Troy City Hall (519 Main St. Troy, ID) during business hours.
Please place exact change in an envelope labeled

Be sure to include your business name with the payment so we can match your payment with your sponsorship.

Submitting Artwork

Each sponsorship level includes an ad in our program and your logo in our marketing. Please submit your camera-ready artwork to [email protected] with the subject line "Sponsor Ad".

Bronze package: Quarter page ad
Silver package: Half page ad
Gold & Platinum package: Full page ad

If we do not receive artwork by the deadline (July 15, 2024), we will be unable to fulfill the graphic component of your sponsorship package, and no refund will be provided.
