Ways to support Troy Community Theatre

The Troy Community Theatre is funded by grants, donations, sponsorships and business advertising. There are many opportunities for businesses to advertise during the Summer Musical. Each year our productions bring in between 150-300 people per performance.  This year we will again be staging four performances total. Here's how you can support the Theatre.

1. Advertise in our show program
Full Page (5.25" x 8.25") - $100
Half Page (5.25" x 4") - $50
Business Card (3.5" x 2") - $35
Quarter Page (2.5" x 4") - $25

2. Become a Show Sponsor
BRONZE LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $100

  • Name listed as sponsor in program given to audience members
  • Quarter page or business card ad in program
  • Social Media thank-you on TCT’s Facebook (430 followers), and Instagram (195 followers)

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $250
  • Name listed as sponsor on Troy Community Theatre website show page
  • Name listed as sponsor in program given to audience members
  • Half page ad in program

  • “I support Troy Community Theatre” digital graphic
  • 4 tickets to the show
GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $500
  • Name listed as sponsor on Troy Community Theatre website show page
  • Name listed as sponsor in program given to audience members
  • Full page ad in program

  • Name announced at the beginning of each performance
  • Logo on poster and bio board
  • 6 tickets to the show
*EXCLUSIVE* PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $750 (only 4 available)
This sponsorship level exists exclusively for the 2024 production of "Oklahoma!". It includes all of the benefits of the Gold Sponsorship Level, with the added publicity of your business name and logo integrated into the set of the show by one of our set artists. There are only 4 storefronts in the set, and your business can be one of them!

3. Advertise on our website
Feature your business and brand on the Troy Arts Council and Troy Community Theatre websites. Your full color ad will be displayed on the home page of both websites for one full year, at which time you can choose to renew your ad for another year. Ad size is 300p x 300p and costs $100 for one year.

4. Make a donation

Drop off cash or check donations made out to Troy Arts Council year round to Troy City Hall.
